Shipping and delivery times

Items are shipped via DHL courier. The service is active from Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and vary according to the country of destination.

Any customs duties are charged to the customer.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment except for national holidays and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a DHL Extra delivery with signature request, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized and your items are well protected.

 

Returns

Customers can make the return request within 14 days of receiving it. Thereafter, they have an additional 14 days to be able to return the item.

It is possible to replace the items purchased by submitting the request to our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the order and, if the size change is available, they have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

The shipping costs for the return and return of the goods are charged to the customers.

Items must be returned without having been worn, washed and provided with a security tag and all the original brand tags.

The boxes of footwear and accessories (if they are provided with them) must be returned intact and not used as an outer casing to be used for returning the item.

The replacement takes place after receipt of the originally purchased item.

Only product replacements from the country of delivery indicated initially in the order are made.

 

Cancellation of orders

Customers can request the cancellation of orders for free within 6 hours from the moment of receiving the order confirmation email. The request must be made in writing to the address care@puresermoneta.it and no other method of communication will be considered valid.
