The Site is owned by the company Mikyclub S.r.l. with registered office in Rma, via Bocca di Leone, 8.
Access to and use of the Site are activities governed by these "General Terms of Use" (hereinafter "Terms").
Pure exclusively sells products of excellent quality, purchased directly or from its own selected partners, from the most prestigious Italian and international fashion houses. Pure and its partners are official retailers of all products and brands that are offered for sale on this Site.
The access and use of the Site, as well as the purchase of any product and/or service on the Site, are activities that presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these Conditions, and especially of the following pages, published on this site: PURCHASES, PRIVACY.
In particular, the customer, by sending an order through this site, even in the event that it is not processed, expressly authorizes without reservation, pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the Mikyclub srl. to the processing of their personal data, for administrative and commercial uses, and accepts the conditions listed on the page entitled "Privacy", published on this same site.
Therefore, anyone accessing and/or using services on the Site expressly agrees with Pure that the Site and these Conditions, are governed by Italian law. The territorial jurisdiction will be that provided by the Consumer Code, i.e. the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the Italian territory.
Pure takes every precaution to prevent the publication, on the website, of content that may be deemed harmful to civil beliefs, human rights and dignity of persons, in all its forms and expressions. In any case, Pure does not guarantee that the contents of the Website are appropriate or lawful in other countries other than Italy and, therefore, access to such contents from places where such materials are illegal is expressly prohibited.
Those who nevertheless choose to access the Site do so on their own initiative and will be solely responsible for compliance with relevant local laws.

The receipt by Pure of the order, transmitted by the Customer by means of electronic transmission, constitutes the Customer's contractual proposal.
The acceptance of the contractual proposal will take place with the transmission by Pure of the email confirming that the order has been shipped.
If within 15 working days acceptance is not received by Pure, the contract proposal shall be deemed to be rejected.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
In order to simplify the communication of withdrawal and speed up the refund time, we invite you to exercise your right of withdrawal through the "My Orders" section, present when you log in to your account;
In this case, it will not be necessary to send a letter by mail or fax.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
